Duties:

Role:

A Payments Support Specialist works to achieve the Credit Union's mission and member promise statements by providing support with matters related to various payment platforms. Focus on providing operational support across various payment-related functions and resolving issues as they arise.

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

		Verify and validate wire transfer requests, ensuring accuracy of account details and authorization. Provide support for ACH processing, including transaction reviews and data validation.
		Handle internal and external member calls, emails, and service requests, resolving inquiries or referring them as needed.
		Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies or issues, working closely with other departments to ensure resolution.
		Complies with federal, state, and AAACU policies, procedures, and regulations.
		Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Additional Desired Attributes:

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.

Education A high school education or GED.
