Duties:

Are you ready to foster a supportive role at AAACU? Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work as a Member Information Representative at the Rogers City Office.

Our Member Information Rep’s main objective is to project a professional image through telephone interaction with existing and potential members. Delivering information to answer general member inquiries, questions, and complaints and offering suitable and proper solutions, while performing administrative and office support activities is a required function.
