As an IT Manager at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, you will be responsible for fufilling the credit union's mission and member promise statements through the supervision and maintenance of the information systems that impact the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and overall growth, ensuring services run smoothly, employees have the technology they need to get their job done, and proper security measures are taken to protect the credit union and our members information assets.
Three to five years of related experience, as well as (1) A bachelor’s degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree) is required. Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, security protocols and experience with Cisco networking equipment preferred.
